To report infringement, send a notice including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL or location of the material on the Site; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., for Lehigh County, Pennsylvania) and to accept service from the person who filed the original notice. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.

Repeat infringers. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Aircraft photographs and listing content. Photographs and specifications on Picks are supplied by or linked from the listing broker. If you own a photograph shown without authorization, use the process above and we will remove it promptly.
