Update cadence

Every 3 days, listing counts are refreshed from permissioned broker data feeds. A count that moves more than 20% since the last update is held back for review instead of published. Deal volume, fleet-for-sale share, and days on market come from quarterly industry reports entered by hand. Figures older than 30 days carry a "stale" badge. Missing figures are left out, never shown as zero.

Why providers disagree

JETNET's mid-2026 snapshot shows first-half deals down 10.8%, while IADA and AMSTAT show double-digit gains. They count different panels of dealers and aircraft in different ways. We show the source behind each figure so you can judge it.

Medians vs. averages

Median values rose about 5% while average asking prices fell 12–35% in some segments. Young jets sell in about 54 days; 16+ year-old aircraft sit 100+ days and pile up in the averages.
