Light Jets
Light jets are the workhorse for owners who fly four to six people on regional trips of one to three hours. Many are flown by a single pilot, they reach most business airports and they cruise high above the weather at true jet speed. Buyers usually come from very light jets or turboprops wanting more range, a proper lavatory and more baggage room, while keeping running costs well below a midsize cabin.
A typical light jet asks $1.3M to $5.2M.
Most buyers start with the Cessna Citation CJ2+ (525A), Cessna Citation CJ3+ (525B) and Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2 (525C).
